Dye sublimation printing is a heat-transfer process, whereby a graphic is first printed (in reverse) on a special transfer paper and then married with a polyester fabric. Using heat and pressure on the paper/ink/fabric, the ink turns into a gas and “sublimates” itself into the fabric making the final print permanent.
Compared to direct solvent print to fabric, the dye-sublimation fabric printing process can often provide more vibrant color results. This 100% polyester sublimation banner fabric is wrinkle resistant, scratch resistant and fully washable. Great for all varieties of marketing messaging. Recommended for indoor use. such as Interior P.O.P. Displays, Backdrops, Trade Show Displays, and Special Event Marketing.

Fabric Banner Finishing
Standard Sewn Hem
Unless otherwise requested, fabric banners are finished with a standard folded hem on all sides.
Metal Grommets
Fabric Banners come standard with metal grommets in all corners and spaced evenly along the edges every 2-3 feet.
Pole Pocket Option
Banners can also be finished with pole pockets allowing space for rods up to 1 3/4″ (O.D). Must be specified at time of order.
Using Hadrus official templates ensures proper, speedy, accurate production of your job through our semi-automated systems.
Templates can be rotated and used in either landscape or portrait orientation.

Cleaning Fabric Banners
Dye-Sublimated Fabric Banners can be machine washed with cold water and gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry. Wrinkles or creases can be eliminate with hand steamer or warm iron. Do NOT bleach, or tumble dry
DO:
• Gently wipe banner with a clean and damp, soft cloth.
• Use warm water.
• If soap is needed use a mild, non-detergent cleaner.
• Rinse to remove any soap residue.
• Be sure banner is dry before storing.
DO NOT:
• Use any abrasive cloth, cleaning pads or brushes.
• Use any solvents or harsh chemical cleaners.
• Rub aggressively.
Harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or aggressive pressure can damage the fabric and/or the color print.
