CLIENT:
Local Restaurant

CHALLENGE:
Develop a low cost, high visibility advertising campaign targeting schools, sports and post-game get-togethers.

SOLUTION:
With the permission of the 16 campus school system, the restaurant owner placed vinyl banners on every venue supporting the individual teams, including outfi eld fences, stadium entrances, tennis courts, above bleachers and inside gyms. Placements were made at every academic level from middle school to high school and their message included “The Post-Game Place to Meet.”

RESULTS:
Within two weeks the owner reported a surge in postgame activity, but also realized an increase in repeat business primarily from parents. Their advertising efforts now include donating break-away banners to the high school football teams and providing fl oor graphic spirit messages.

Banner Stands

CLIENT:
National Personnel Placement Franchise

CHALLENGE:
Providing updated easy-to-understand messages, regarding company services, to be used in each reception area in over 600 locations nationwide.

SOLUTION:
Each location was sent four retractable banners stands. Three were utilized to outline the most important services each franchise offered, while the fourth featured local events or community service projects supported by the local franchises. The local event banner stand is changed quarterly, allowing current messages to be displayed during the peak activity of that sponsorship.

RESULTS:
Locations increased their personnel placements significantly primarily due to applicants having a better understanding of the services they provide upon initial contact. Banner stand messages were reinforced through an upscale capabilities brochure. Applicants also realized the community commitment being made at each location and volunteering after placement realized double digit increases. The overall success has been so significant that the program has expanded to include floor and wall graphics to enhance messaging.

Advertising Flags

CLIENT:
Numerous business owners

CHALLENGE:
Due to older ordinance, all outdoor signage had to be approved and registered with the city to ensure it met code enforcement standards.

SOLUTION:
Business owners turned to Hadrus Advertising Flags to avoid costly registration while remaining compliant with current code restriction (flags were not regulated).

RESULTS:

National Pest Control Company

CHALLENGE:
Increase awareness of program directives, highlight new techniques and offer incentives for completion of the newly instituted training program to over 200 locations, while conveying the message in a fun format relating to the owners' love of sports.

SOLUTION:
Utilizing Hadrus EZ STIK™ Wall Fabric, the client helped develop a sports themed program enabling messages to be applied to virtually any surface in their offices, warehouses and even containers of chemicals used for treatments. Messages ranged from football yardage markers identifying progress to helmet-shaped announcements outlining directives and a host of simple rectangular motivational messages from famous sports figures and coaches.

RESULTS:
The company experienced a dramatic increase in the completion rate of the new training program reducing the time from months to weeks. Employees showed appreciation for constant encouragement and CEU certification rates increased by nearly 28% over the previous year.

CLIENT:
Regional Pizza Chain

CHALLENGE:
Client was experiencing difficulty advertising daily and weekly specials at all locations. They had used chalkboards, which appeared dirty after multiple writings. They then turned to higher priced white-boards, but found employees would inadvertently use permanent markers and quickly ruin the board. They also tried taping paper to tables, but realized that these messages quickly became useless when wet.

SOLUTION:
Promotional product distributor introduced client to Hadrus EZ STIK™ Wall Smooth, which provided multiple applications while maintaining a fresh, professional appearance. A graphic was placed at the entrance that utilized the Hadrus Anti-Grafitti Lamination allowing employees to write in daily specials with dry erase markers. In the event a permanent marker was accidentally used the graphic could be easily cleaned with Isopropyl Alcohol, maintaining its new appearance. Table and bar tops represented an additional opportunity to promote messages to customers. All surface graphics were waterproof, providing easy sanitizing to meet restaurant regulations.

RESULTS:
Locations realized an immediate increase in in-store promotional menu options, while also experiencing a spike in gluten-free offerings. Interactive gaming consoles began attracting table to table competitions which increased the traffic of families and younger adults. Conference Center

CHALLENGE:
Having multiple meetings planned, utilizing a variety of conference rooms, created confusion for participants. Signs from each company were often placed haphazardly throughout venue creating distraction and visual clutter. Conference Center owner wanted to develop clean, functional and easily recognizable directional signage allowing participants to quickly locate their meetings.

SOLUTION:
With the assistance of their local promotional product distributor, the conference center owner utilized Hadrus EZ STIK™ Carpet graphics to direct participants to their chosen location. Graphics were color coded by Hall and secondarily by room numbers and placed strategically from the front entrance to individual corridors offering easily identifiable directions. Clients desiring to have their logo predominately displayed were able to order graphics in advance to ensure maximum exposure for their event.

RESULTS:
Conference Center had immediate acceptance to new signage and was able to ensure prompt meeting start times and identify break-out sessions more effectively. National Beverage Company

CHALLENGE:
To maximize sponsorship spend during charity 5K and 10K races while providing useful benefits to the runners. Sponsor wanted to be sure runners knew where to access their products during race while advertising their products along the route, allowing for premium media coverage.

SOLUTION:
Company teamed with race planners and local promotional product distributor to develop a series of aid stations throughout the course that were identified by Hadrus EZ STIK™ OUTDOOR Rough Graphics. Every aid station was advertised on the asphalt 1/2 mile before location then a large graphic announced arrival at the aid station. Each aid station graphic identified the specific mile marker to assist the runners on progress. The entire route was highlighted by Hadrus POLE BANNERS to increase awareness while taking advantage of all camera angles. Both start and finish graphics were also developed and applied.

RESULTS:
The beverage company drew rave reviews from runners, thanking them for identifying aid stations and providing refreshment along the route. Race planners asked the company to participate as their exclusive sponsor the following year. The beverage company realized an increase in local market based on same store repeat orders and sought other sponsorship opportunities. National Real Estate Company

CHALLENGE:
As a golf tournament sponsor, the regional office wanted to gain the most exposure for their sponsorship dollars without utilizing traditional promotional items such as golf balls, caps and can coolers. The client did not want to just be included in the typical event give-away bag. They requested something different.

SOLUTION:
Working in conjunction with the course and tournament coordinators, the local real estate team and their promotional products distributor designed a series of fun and informative vinyl graphics to be placed directly onto each golf cart. Plus, additional concrete graphics were developed for placement on cart paths featuring specific benefits of working with the company.

RESULTS:
The real estate company’s hospitality tent was constantly filled, due primarily to the outstanding concrete graphics pointing to their location. Team members were congratulated on their unique advertising method. The local office saw an immediate spike in business and attributed over 60% to their sponsorship investment.
